Welcome to Check My Vinyl! The CMV team wants to make sure you enjoy your experience while using the site. Here is a quick guide to help get you started. If you have any questions feel free to email help@checkmyvinyl.com or post in the forums and someone will answer you ASAP.
After you first create an account you will probably want to start with one of two things: setting up your list or setting up your profile.
For all things list related click the "My Record List" link at the top. From there you can add a record, edit individual or multiple records, search and sort your records, import a file containing your records, export your record data etc.
For all things Profile related click the "your account" link in the Navigation bar. From there you can edit your account information, edit your profile information/create your profile, view your buddies, see comments people have posted to you, view images you have added to the image galleries etc.
At this point you can also do anything else the site allows. You can browse the records, tag records, search the MarketPlace for records to buy, add images to the image gallery to share with others i.e. record collections, make buddies view/edit pressing resources etc.
